Holmbergs uses modular seat belt parts for our safety systems.
From commercial passenger vehicles to agriculture to construction and much more, Holmbergs knows how to keep drivers and passengers secure.
The Automatic Locking Retractor, locks immediately after the belt is fastened and can be installed regardless of the angle. Primarily used in forklifts, construction equipment and other off-road utility vehicles.
Available even as Holmbergs 2-Tooth Comfort retractable seat belt in our Off-Road seat belt system with the largest webbing capacity in the industry.
Available in mini and full-size configurations, for 2 and 3 point belts. Our ELRs feature two different sensors that lock the mechanism independently in an emergency (rapid deceleration or tilting).
Holmbergs will help you make the decision based on your requirements and seat belt mounting position. We also provide custom-made solutions for adjustable backrests.
Especially for our US customers we are offering the 3 point ELR with an ELR/ALR switching function to secure child seats.
Choose between strap, wire or bracket buckles. Either buckle you choose, we can adjust it to your needs in length or with special designs. Wire and bracket buckles are also available with Holmbergs DigitalSafety™.

We offer three different tongues, which can adjust perfectly to your seat belt system. Choose between straight, angled and adjustable tongues. Adjustable tongues allow simple length adjustment in 2-point static seat belts.
We developed our pillar loops especially for optimum comfort of passengers and maximum user friendliness. Available in plastic and metal, you can choose from different designs.
Our custom-fit end brackets are easy to mount. Standard edition end brackets are available in zinc-plated or with e-coating.
Available in various formats and can be customized to fit your exact requirements. Special orders are available upon request.
We support you with customized solutions of wheelchair securement systems. Either way, floor integrated or surface mounted.

Testing beyond regulations

At Holmbergs, we test our seat belts beyond the minimum requirements. We also undergo periodic Conformity of Production assessments to ensure high quality is always met.
For our ECE R16 type approval and the necessary Conformity of Production (COP) testing we are working close together with external institutes to perform the dynamic crash tests.
